entities in the secondary market as well as companies that are of the boutique variety. This balance
of boutique and large firms permits Berkshire to source the number and types of policies that a client
requires to fulfill their investment needs. In addition, we can offer policies that are not readily
available to the entire secondary market. Developing strong relationships takes time. We pride ourselves
